Territory Manager

 

 

This position will be based at our corporate office located in Spring Lake, MI and will report to the Director of Sales.

Position Responsibilities

·     Work both independently and within a team environment to expand Canada market presence through an established dealer network.

·     Coordinate with dealers to develop and implement sales and marketing programs across all product lines to ensure profitable growth.

·     Coordinate marketing events with dealers based on a North American marketing plan.

·     Participate in industry seminars/events and trade shows.

·     Maintain on-going communication with dealer representatives. Must be able to maintain these relationships over the phone to effectively cover the territory.

·     Coach, train and motivate dealer personnel in support of sales goals through scheduled meetings, route rides, and periodic reports.

Requirements

·     Ideal candidate will have 5 or more years of sales and marketing experience.

·     Experience in B2B sales and particularly from the manufacturer to the dealer is preferred.

·     Proven track record of achieving and exceeding stretch goals.

·     Ability to travel 25% and up to 35% initially.

·     Experience in developing and executing sales and marketing plans is a plus.

·     Experience in the dental industry is a plus.
