This position will be based at our corporate office located in Spring Lake, MI and will report to the Director of N. American Sales.

Position Responsibilities

  • Maximize inbound calls by cross-selling and up-selling.
  • Prioritize and organize B2B sales calls for maximum sales impact.
  • Develop relationships via inbound and outbound sales calls to offer new and existing products.
  • Ensure accuracy of customer data in CRM by updating profiles during sales calls.
  • Attend several weekend trade shows and seminars per year.


  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment and make 100+ outbound calls per day.
  • Experience in B2B telephone sales is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal skills with ability to close sales.
  • Positive, can-do attitude.
  • Strong references and proven track record.
