Clinical Case 24, 25 Form Correction with Garrison Fusion Anterior Matrix System

Dr. Katarzyna Zarebska

The patient came to my office with a request to correct the shape of crowded lower central incisors. Because he refused time consuming orthodontic treatment, I decided to perform it with minimally invasive direct composite reconstructions.
Correction of the enamel on the mesial side and the incisal edge of tooth 24.
Corresponds to prior caption.
After correcting the enamel on the proximal surfaces of the incisors, I used an anterior dissection matrix and a profiled wedge from the Garrison Fusion™ Anterior Matrix System.
I then aligned the lingual surfaces of both incisors, increasing the mesial surface volume of tooth 25.
The profiled wedge assured perfect adherence of the matrix in the gingival part and the properly selected size supported symmetrical shape of both incisors.
Corresponds to prior caption.
Then, also applying the same matrix system, I aligned the labial surface in both central incisors, increasing the volume of the mesial proximal wall in the incisor 24.
